Winners of BSSA prizes

The prize winners at the British Sjögren's Syndrome Association annual meeting in Swindon in October 2016, were both from QMUL/Barts Health. Minan Al-Ezzi, a PhD student at the Institute of Dentistry won the Best Poster Presentation prize for her PhD project entitled “The effect of primary Sjögren’s Syndrome on smell, taste and sexuality in female patients in the UK: impact on quality of life.” The Best Oral Presentation prize was won by Chloe Bass, Senior House Officer at the Dental Hospital, for her presentation entitled “An audit of clinical management strategies of Sjögren’s patients on the Multi-disciplinary  Clinic”
