The Dental Institute is proud to hold an Athena SWAN Bronze Award and is working hard to achieve higher levels of success in the implementation of the Athena Swan strategy and workplace practice. Following our success a new committee has been assembled to represent staff and students across the Dental Institute to work toward an Athena SWAN Silver Award
What is the Athena SWAN Charter?
ECU’s Athena SWAN Charter was established in 2005 to encourage and recognise commitment to advancing the careers of women in science, technology, engineering, mathematics and medicine (STEMM) employment in higher education and research.
